The video on breast cancer I shared on this platform a month ago (Breast Cancer – A Kannada Television Interview Dr Suraj Manjunath) generated a lot of positive response. Many readers of this blog asked me to put up some more content in a video format. For starters, I created a YouTube Channel and uploaded a television interview of mine on colorectal cancer in Kannada, which was broadcast live in November, on TV9 Kannada, a popular Kannada television channel.
The interview covers information about colorectal cancer, which is simple to understand and meant for the lay person. The purpose of the interview is to create awareness about colon and rectal cancer – how common it is, its symptoms, how it is detected, evaluated and treated, and some of the latest developments in its treatment.
